5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and payment plans. Payment must be completed before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are made.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts. We reserve the right to suspend access to services for non-payment.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Student Cancellations
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund, but credit toward future course
- After course commencement: No refund
6.2 Radiance Harbor Cancellations
If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
6.3 Emergency Situations
In cases of medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Course Policies
7.1 Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for course success. Students must attend at least 80% of sessions to receive a certificate of completion. Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences.
7.2 Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
- Arrive punctually and prepared for sessions
- Follow safety guidelines and facility rules
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
7.3 Technology Requirements

8. Intellectual Property

Recording of sessions is prohibited without express written consent. Radiance Harbor may record sessions for quality assurance and training purposes with participant notification.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
While we strive to provide high-quality training, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement results. Success depends on individual effort, practice, and application of learned skills.
9.2 Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.
9.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal injury (except where prohibited by law).

11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Student
You may terminate your enrollment at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policy outlined in Section 6.
11.2 Termination by Radiance Harbor
We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Non-payment of fees
- Providing false information during registration
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tasmania.
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
